    Machine approx 8 years old ,set programme press start nothing happens message says door open but door closed

    Can anyone help please

    Quite an intensive machine is that one.
    Could be faulty lock unit (motor driven or servo) or faulty module.
    Power off if you are to investigate.

    Is there any way of telling which one it is or could it be both.Is there any test procedure i could carry out
