hello, my dishwasher is not heating up the water. Everything else seems to be working, although the tablet won’t dissolve.

I am assuming that my problem is most likely to be the thermostat, the micro switch for the heater, or the heater itself.

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to diagnose which of these potential problems it could be, or if it is something completely different.

    Thanks for any help

Tablet not dissolving would suggest poor circulation. Poor/no circulation = no pressure on heater diaphragm switch = no heat.

OR – chronic underfilling – very common problem. Put ‘bosch AND underfilling’ into Search for this forum only – lots of results and even pictures of where to look.

Stay safe – power off before removing any panel.
