ParticipantFitted new timer to this, for a no heat fault.
It now heats, but none of the programs have
correct timings or temperature. Also it seems you
can select 2 or more programs at the same time.
Auto wash appears not to work.
I am aware that this timer learns duration as it
goes along. been fitted now for about 3 weeks.Any boffins out there cured this one?
thanks in advance.

I’ve had one recently where the pcb was supplied without the programming sheet which wouldn’t program correctly. Once I had the sheet I coded it for the model and all was well.
Did you code it with the fascia on by any chance?….the buttons on the pcb S1, S2, S3 etc don’t tally with the buttons on the fascia 😉

The timer i got for this model had no coding sheet,
except for setting it for “sicocet” or something, which
was advised on here not to bother with. To do with air in the inlet chamber
believe. Later fitted another timer to a different model, which had coding
sheet. I tried that and doesnt do anything. according to it, holding buttons
s2,s3,s4,s5 and turning on, causes lights to flash, which they dont.
Beginning to think maybe its just a duff timer.Entire job has been a pain as first tried emw repair which didnt work!
customer is very patient, but defo not made any money on this one.Anyone with coding sheet for above model please help, last try b4
orders yet another timer.Pity it not made by Indesit, at least then be used to it being rubbish!
Ah well has to smile………….

Beginning to think maybe its just a duff timer. It’s important to press the 4 end buttons without it being fitted into the console panel. I suspect you may not be pressing S5 at all? S5 is hidden and unused whilst in position on this model. 😉
