Can’t get my head round this one

Customer complains that fat/ grease left on the pull out strainer and filter in bottom of machine.

Not heating me thinks, but it is, tried on 50c wash and all ok reaches 52c

Spray arms clear, water level ok, pumps away ok, circulation motor ok.

So detergent? Customer had this problem while using liquid detergent, so then tried 3 in 1 with same result.

Can’t make out why the grease should remain surely the hot water and detergent would soon disperse it.

Did try it empty at 50c grease remains. Customer usually uses 60c prog.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Hi Martin
The tablet was in the bottom of the machine almost completly dissolved when I opened the door after it had stopped heating, so don’t think there is a problem with dispenser. Thanks for your suggestion.

Is the customer in the habit of putting ovenware in the dishwasher?
    I’m thinking grease overload here.

Yes what are they putting in it did occour to me, but surely their eating habits havent changed since a year ago, they did say the previous dishwasher did not have this problem.

Will have to get back to them next week and ask a few questions

    Appreciate your input, thanks
