Bosch SGS43C12GB/15 No drain

This machine fills and washes but will not drain.
Have fitted a new pump.Still no joy.
When the drain cycle is selected a low hum can be heard and a couple of clicks?? Any clues?

Have you checked the drain spiggot under the sink ??. Also check the side chamber, where the drain hoses connect, you can get bits of debris blocking them 😉

I’d be surprised if it was the module TBH.

IS the pump running? Take the cover off and trigger the door lock to allow you to see the impeller.
If ok check where the pipes go into the side chamber matrix. remove the rubber connection pieces. Favourite hiding place for plastic/bottle tops/and other foreign junk.
