Having found the model I am not able to post a question!

The upper rack is not cleaning well – the rotor arm does not seem to be rotating.

We have tried all the normal tricks – checking for crud in the arm itself; cleaning everything etc but to no avail.

The bottom arm seems to be fine ….

    Any ideas?

I see you have two threads running so I will leave it to a moderator to tidy up….

you either have a blockage/reduced flow or I’m afraid a faulty divert motor within the heater assembly which is not an average DIY job.

Take a look at the thread below.

if you are handy then the pressure chamber and lower transfer pipe cleaning is straighforward and worth a go.

If you are not comfortable with this then its time to call in an engineer…

Please pull the plug before any work is attempted
