Bosch SGS43T52GB/16

Hi,

I have a Bosch SGS43T52GB/16 full size dishwasher. It’s about a year old but only been plumbed in for a week (waiting for the new kitchen..).
It’s done 4 complete cycles but then stopped mid cycle on the 5th. The light stayed on Active.
I tried a reset & had no joy then turned it off, checked the water & waste & all filters. I lifted the float on the bottom to drain it & left it to dry out for a day. I then tried turning it on again & the light went straight to End but it did a half cycle & stuck. I did a reset & it drained the water & started a new cycle (still the light stayed on end). The cycle then didn’t stop – I decided to leave it when I went to bed (to try & get it to run through completely) but woke up this morning & the cycle was still running, I did another reset so it would drain & turned it off & noticed also the dispenser drawer was still closed with half a mushed tablet inside.

Any ideas about what may be wrong at all please? & costs I can expect to fix it (guaging whether to fix or replace)

Wish I’d tried it before the warranty ran out.. 🙁

Two years manufacturers warranty. I’d get them out.

Wow – super fast response.

Thanks very much. I never realised it was a 2 year warranty (always had in my mind a year).

I shall be calling them tomorrow.
