    Ollie , as Martin says , when these appliances have had ‘no heat’ probs it can throw the timings out. IIRC , these models use the length of the last wash as their starting point for the next cycle hence you may get 199 mins on the first cycle you try. The times can jump and down quite dramatically so I’d follow his advice and get the customer to run the hottest cycle all the way through ( maybe noting how long it takes ? Should be around 2/2.5 hrs ) and hopefully the times will right themselves.

    Probably not related, i went to a Siemens diswasher that had blocked pipe ( the usual one at the bottom at the front) It registered a fault.

    After cleaning i went to set it and the customer pointed out when you now set it the numbers in the display for minutes was all wrong, way higher. when i pressed the 2 buttons to reset it then went back to normal.

    i wish it was that bud, but i’ve held the 2 buttons to reset it numerous times. think i’m going to have to go with board.
