Dishwasher has check water light on, and fills then empties, but never advances into the program. Water is flowing in and out of the drain hose. When I select reset it show 17 for a few moments, then 0. Reset will empty it quite quickly

Has my flow meter / impeller jug failed? (I have cleaned the filters, pump under white cover feels like a permanent magnet motor, no obvious blockages, no hoses kinked)

    Thanks

If it constantly fills/drains/fills/drains from start of cycle and tap led illuminates after approx 30-45 secs then either the impellor jug has failed or its picked up some ‘grit’ from your water supply.

    Thanks nomadPaul

You are describing it just right – the water flows at a good rate up to the float switch level, then pumps out (and repeats). Light on after 40s ish

I have ordered a spare part, and I promise to turn off the water and power 🙂
