Bosch SGS45C08 dishwasher

Guys,

Hopefully a quick one and easy to answer this time.

I went to see a customer’s Bosch SGS45C08 dishwasher the other day, problem being that it wasn’t draining. Diagnosed a dodgy pump, easy enough to do.

During the visit the customer told me that the quick wash used to run at about 30 minutes, when I put the cycle on it showed 58/61 minutes on the display, the user manual didn’t give the cycle length away so would like to know the approximate time it takes to complete this. If indeed the customer is correct would the pump have caused the change in cycle length?

If not can any one give me some pointers?

Hi Mark.
I think the cycle times displayed are based on the length of time it took to do a similar cycle the last time it ran. It is quite possible that now fixed it should sense quicker drain times and give more accurate time prediction.
