Hi, I have been called to one of these that has a strange intermittent fault.
The machine when started will sometimes go through no problem but other times it comes up and says check water. When this happens the machine gets stuck. It displays the same time 35 mins and I can hear the machine is just filling and emptying at the same time.
    Anyone got any pointers?
    Cheers Ray

when you say you can here it emptying do you mean the pump is running or is it syphoning!

Round here (with our soft water) I get lots of Bosch DW with a blocked fill matrix/pressure system/main feed pipe.

Main culprit is usually the main feed pipe from the pressure system into the sump.

Whip the side panel off and see if it’s black instead of see-through.

Hi, Thanks I have taken the panel off and had a look, all the hoses look like new.
I can hear the pump come on and off its not syphoning and its doing it as it fills.

99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure it’ll be the Impellor jug part No: 424099 –

If it gets stuck in a fill/drain continuous cycle with the check water light on then this will def be the case . Its fitted between the end of the inlet hose and matrix . Small white ‘wheel’ part

Just in case anyone is using the search button. I fitted the above part and the machine is now working just as it should.
    Thanks Again Ray
