    Sorry to be a pain, but I have removed the side panel, but the impeller jug isn’t obvious to me – can anyone talk me through it at all please? How do I access it? It’s in the line of the water supply, so I follow the water supply pipe into the machine to…where?

    Hi
    Its inline of the fill valve to the water matrix.
    When replacing make sure you fit new one the correct way and same orientation.
    Power off first :plug:
