    Hi, I went to this machine last week with a no drain fault and fitted a new pump and all was well so I thought. Had a call back today customer says machine not heating. I have checked it through and I am not getting any power to the heater. The machine seems to fill with the right amount of water and it does complete a cycle just with no heat.

    Take a close look at the PCB.

    Thanks Martin, I did look at the pcb but couldn’t see any damage.
