I have an 8 year old Bosch sgs5302/09. It has a lot of dirt coming from the pipes, all the parts were cleaned and recleaned but the dirt keeps coming. Any idea what can be done about it? It’s getting worse and worse.

Another problem is that it is very slow, it takes about 3 hours to finish.

    Thanks for your help,
    Ornit

    Ornit,

    The heater is not working!

Usually the main circuit board is to blame and can be expensive to fix 🙁

When you start a programme, and the ‘reset it’, will it switch off after 60 seconds, or not?

(Check your user booklet if you don’t know what reset is)

    Hi,

I couldn’t find the user booklet so I did not try the “reset” thing.

On the other hand I tried openning the door several times in the middle of the operation. In the beginning there were no hot vapours, but later on there were. Could it still be the hitter?

The dirt comes out from both sprinkles, and the bottom part (bellow the filter) is full of it too.

    Thanks again,
    Ornit
