Customer complaint, not heating but still completing cycle.

Going in the morning, any pointers or is this machine similar to the Hotpoint made by Bosch a few years back?

Yep!

Resolder burnt relay track on module :tup:

(Test it first by starting a programme then resetting it, if it then goes to Zero and stops after 60 seconds, the module is fine and get out your soldering iron.)

If it doesnt reset? = New Module the only cure 😥

Sorted, little blob of solder, job done. pity the morning was spoilt by having to fit a sump and sump retaining ring (bit of plastic) to a 6 month old Hotpoint(Indesit) dishwasher, what an a**e of a job. You walk away with no feeling of satisfaction or permanence in the repair. 😥

Little tip: Next time you come across one of these, solder a link wire from the burnt terminal to the other 2 relay terminals to create a more substantial ‘buzz bar’ type repair 😉
