Help….My Bosch dishwasher was working fine this morning and then suddenly died. All lights went out, I tried the power button again and nothing. I have checked the fuse in the plug and this is OK. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Mains supressors have a habit of failing on these, and the computer board develops dry joints over time.

Power off if investigating or click the link below for a UKW rngineer if that sounds a bit daunting.

Quite happy to investigate the cause, can you supply me with any guide on what to do?

    Thanks

    Remove lid,then remove r/h panel.
As you look at the removed side area of dishwasher, the suppressor is at the r/h side, whitish in colour. An inspection of supressor unit will usually show any damage ie cracked/blackened.
The supressor will detach if you get flat bladed driver under it.
Appliance will still work without the supressor FYI.

Power off before doing anny work on appliance :plug:

Dishwsher still not working, but, now i have lights.

the salt and rinse aid lights are both on, the light below the program choice is on, the program display is on and what looks like a full stop in the display has appeared. Also is you choose a program the display seems to follow the program but the machine is not working.

    😕

Classic symptoms of a faulty Control Module (Part No 264877 – cost around £105) 🙁

You did first check that Suppressor like my colleagues suggested, didn’t you ❓
