    Hello
I have just noticed my lower spray arm is no longer clicking in as it should and looks like the springy bits have perished down the tube. Is this part replaceable? and if so what do I need to buy?
    Thank you

I’ve no clue what you mean by “springy bits?” though the spray arm (part no. 00369656) comes complete. Whatever part you refer to can be found by visiting the Bosch web site……see link below….then look at the exploded views

    Sorry
the spray arm is fine. it should just ‘click’ into place but it doesn’t. I assume the socket is worn but cannot see a part listed. Is it part of the dishwasher base or is it part of the water heater?

I have to admit I’ve never come across such a problem. And in answer to you I can only think it must be part of the plastic base. I’ve never looked that closely towards how it fits other than it snaps into place, somehow?
