    All the normal things checked, ie filters and any blockages in the arm.

    Top arm spins OK.

    I would have thought that would be a bottom tray washer solenoid, as it has a top tray only button.

    Any ideas please.

    Next step would be to remove the whole of the filter/pump housing, but how do I do that ??

    The ‘instantaneous water heater’ needs replacing. That unit contains a water diverter valve that supplies the top and button spray arm. Major dismantling required to replace. 🙁
