This machine leaks from the front of the door but not every wash. There was no water in the base and never has been.
Have checked the bottom arm for any signs of a split, the door seals look like new and the side tank and float chambers are spotless.
Last time I was there I noticed that it was leaning forwards so I levelled it up.
So I am stuck on this one, any suggestions please.

    Thanks Turbo

    Hi
Spray arm/s getting obstructed by wash load, firing the spray constantly at the door; it will give in eventually and leak.
Check the lower door seal as it has a tendancy to come off the door well, the new ones are of a different design.

Door seal was ok and in position but will make sure arms are not getting jammed.
    Thanks for that Greg

Have you tried removing the lower seal and
re fitting it with a bead of silicon then fix in place with 3 or 4 metal clips.
I have found this works very well.

also check the door adjacent to the hinges – customers leaning/falling on door can cause door to bend at hinge points and so create small gaps in the bottom corners
