Bosch SGS56E02GB/45 doesn’t appear to be following cycle

Hi Guys,
I am hoping someone maybe able to advise whether this is worth repairing.
We have a Bosch SGS56E02GB/45 dishwasher which has been making some funny noises (making a buzzing noise when finished) for a few weeks, but then last week it kind of went through the wash without doing anything (the tablet was just mush in the bottom of the washer), have tried it since and despite it actually appearing to complete a wash (dishes not as clean as they used to be), the dishwasher is not in the part of the cycle that is meant to be on (what I mean by that is what it says on the front of the washer – i.e it may say drying, but it is flushing water around, and it may say rinsing and it is drying).

Any ideas?
It has been a good dishwasher, and things are a but tight at the moment, so not sure it is worth repairing or not (my mother has offered me her nearly new Indesit, which doesnt appear to be as good, but maybe our only option if this is going to cost the earth.
