Hi, Our Bosch SGS6302Gb/12 is faulty in the way when you switch it on and select the eco wash cycle it should display a time remaining figure of 83 minutes but it displays 50 minutes and this starts to decrease but the machine does not come on. There was some pooling of water in the machine I scooped this out and cleaned the filters(not dirty) and then checked the impeller on the pump this rotated and was not blocked, I also checked the water supply and this was o k not blocked filter, was wondering is there a next step/ any help or advice. Thanks Nancyboy

Have you tried the standard ‘reset’ procedure to clear the previous cycle?

Hi Martin, After posting my initial post, I pressesd the on/off button and then the eco & intensive buttons for about 3 seconds it then fired up and displayed 82 minutes remaining it then continued on its cycle without anything (even the racks) in it. It thensemed to stop on 1 minute remaining ans stayed like that. I swtched it off and had a look inside but it had not even disolved the finish tablet. There was a small pool of water left in the bottom. I only did this because I had read it somewhere on the web?.I don’t know if this is or what is the standard reset for this type of machine?

Thanks for the reply Martin, if you have any other suggestions they would be appriciated

    Regards nancyboy

When you opened it and looked inside was it hot and steamy or just cold?

Then clearly the issue is no water entering the machine. A blockage in the fill matrix or pressure chamber the most likely reason. Time for it to have a good service.

    Re: Bosch SGS6302/12

    Hi Martin,

Thanks for the response, some water must have entered the machineas there was water pooling in the bottom of the machine when I opened it up, also saw water emptying out of the machine. Perhaps there is a partial blockage where you have suggested, as you say maybe its letting a Qualified Engineer to have a look at it/ orlooking for a new one?

    Thanks again
