Having replaced the Acctuator (the wax / motor part) the soap dispenser door will still not open automatically. Worst case scenario seems to be a new Control Module at £100 – but I replaced that last year.
Would it be advisable to run a low current 240v through to the blue wires of the Acctuator and, if it pops open, that would presumably confirm that the Control Module was faulty or there was a poor blue wire-> control module connection ?

Take it from me that a brand new actuator is guaranteed to work. The fact that it doesn’t when installed correctly into position and connected up. Means only one thing…you’ve guessed it already….yes…the module is at fault. 😥

Upon opening / separating the door again I found that two pairs of wires, one yellow pair and one blue pair, had come adrift (from the Control Module?).
Both the yellow pair and the blue pair start from the Actuator and I guess both connect to the Control Module but where ?
Can you sell / supply a wiring diagram pelase or give me a clue maybe?

The plug-in connectors only fit into the socket to which their pins and cut-outs allow them to be relocated. (i.e the yellow connector block won’t fit into the blue and vice versa) 😉

Thank you, all wires now connected and as fault remains I will replace the Control Module next – which I only replaced last year.
For future interest I know that wiring diagrams etc are instantly available, but not freely to the public, on the website :
Is there any way that I can get such diagram please ?

Yes, become a bona fide trader with an account with each manufacturer you require details of.
