    Bosch SGS6962GB/13 dishwasher.

    Customer says it doesn’t dry properly and stops with 1 minute on the display. I’m calling on Thursday; so any help is much appreciated!!

    Some of these machines suffer from the heater relay soldered joints on the pcb overheating and degrading; check for that. Sometimes cleaning them up and re-soldering solves the problem, but sometimes there are other faults on the board as well and it has to be replaced.

    Blimey, another sad nutcase like me gawping at a computer screen in the middle of the night instead of getting plenty of sleep in preparation for the hard day at the customer interface tomorrow 😯 .
