Hi guys i have a bosch sgs6962 which when turned on empties then fills then nothing but a humming buzing sound coming from the motor then a click coming from what i assume to be the element area .it dosent matter which program it is on this is all it does but the clock still counts down the motor seems to get very hot but when i reset and drain the water is still cold.
your help will be much apreciated.Cheers Ian

With the power off, see if the motor is free to turn – it should feel “heavy” but not stiff. If it doesn’t turn, it may be blocked or seized due to leakage. If it does turn, the start device may be faulty. Two different versions using two different systems, so need the full model number to advise further.
