Hi I went to look at one of these today that won’t pump the water out.
I have checked it all the way through and I think there is something stuck in the pump.
My question is, what is the best way to get at the pump?
    Thanks Ray

cup out all the water. then under the filters on the left hand side there is a plastic cover held in with a t20 torx screw, undo the screw and lift out the cover. you then have access to the pump impeller. usually a small piece of glass will get jammed in these. ( mind your fingers!!!! )

Rather than cup out the water, put a washing up bowl in the dishwasher and take off upper spray arm, set it to a cycle and hope it starts circulating, the water will then fill the bowl. Syringe out the water left in the sump.

Thanks for the replies. I thought I was going to have to get the pump off and it didn’t look like it was going to come off easily.
    Cheers Ray

even if you have to get the pump out its quite simple, gain access through front covers, remove push fit clear hose (clean it if gunged), the pump is a simple twist fit to remove.
