    The above machine did a wash ok but the pump keeps running all the time even when you open the door, would anyone have an idea what the problem may be

    Check that the base below the wash tank isn’t full of water thus
    activating the flood float.

    Ok then, check the delivery ribbed hose,metering unit and water matrix for signs of crud.
    Failing that it may be a faulty module 😕
