    Replacing any component in this machine requires a good grounding in electro/mechanical knowledge, the heater being no exception. Without attempting to look further into your machine and its problems does involve that all important “pro-active” step of which it appears (so far at least?)you haven’t ventured?

    Therefore you are well advised to contact a local independent engineer as Penguin45 suggested earlier to be honest. 🙂

    Well, He gave me 3 possibilities and now I was looking for specific advice on one of them.
    To be honest, If I had “a good grounding in electro/mechanical knowledge” I wouldn’t need to come to this forum looking for advice.
    I’ll try elsewhere for help.
