Customer complaining that machine isn’t getting hot enough on last rinse cycle to complete drying cycle. Thermostat has been changed. Machine is not showing a fault code. Is no longer beeping at the end of program but count is back at 0.

Is the water flowing in and out of the metering tank, especially the heat exchanger part as that could be the problem. Never have I experienced a problem with the NTC/thermostat unit on these. Usually it’s a drain valve issue or the fill system gunged or even they use ‘Quick Wash’ and expect it to dry as well. :rolls:
