    Hi, My dishwasher doesn’t appear to fill properly as the top shelf isn’t washing properly. I’ve cleaned/checked everything inside and all ok, if I add a couple of jugs of water it improves. Any thoughts?

    It could be the water diverter has failed. That’s the device that switches the top and bottom spray arms on and off alternately. It’s an integral part of the water heater unit (aka instantaneous Water Heater) 🙁
