Not without accessing the service programme no, not to the user anyway.
Has she tried the reset procedure?
Have you checked anything on it yet, base flooded, that sort of thing???!

Hi ,Martin,
Yes she tried reset, don’t think base is flooded as she says when door opened at end of programme drain pump not running ( no noise from machine) Not had one that jumps from auto or quick wash to prewash light after aborting programme. If say a quick wash is selected machine fills and pumps then after approx 5-7 minutes programme is stopped. Machine is as usual with funny faults 50 miles from me and is a friend.January 3, 2014 at 2:36 pm #406902Martin

Does it stop after approx 15mins ? One thing to check…..and I’m pretty sure this will be the problem…..is there a screw or some other ‘obstruction’ right above the pre-rinse button as the door closes ? My guess is something is pressing down on the pre-rinse button causing that particular cycle to be selected as door shuts !!!

Spot on Paul, the machine was removed from housing to get to a pluming fault behind it and the screws not been screwed up tight. When I first spoke to them not a word about machine being moved until I questioned them. Thanks, you and Martin saved me a wasted trip. Clayside

No probs , fella. The question has been asked a couple of times on here and it’s one of the odd faults I’ve seen that I actually remember 🙂
