Early versions (gb/01) used a straight rotor p/no 286911. Late versions (gb/06) used a curved rotor p/no 439528.
To be honest, if you pop the door open soon after it starts to circulate, you should see the water spraying all over the cavity in the split second before you get wet. If it’s just dribbling out of the arms, the problem may lie with the impellor on the motor.

ParticipantI have to switch it off before i can open the door so thepump has stopped completly before hand.
the motor sounds very nice and quiet no vibrations or anything so it must be ok.
Im sure it is working corerctly. i am very fussy and when i get something i usually upgrade them as much i can to get the most out of them.
Where can i get these parts from or see a picture, mine as a straight arm inside so i guess the curved one is designed better.

ParticipantDo you think I would benefit from changing the arm to the curved type, if there was something wrong with the impellar it wouldnt wash at all, i can hear the water sloshing about on the outside and u hear the jets hit the door and the roof cavity when empty.
Thank you Penguin, must say thanks you have been most helpful so far and i find this website excellent and really friendly people.

What do you want, blood? 😀 That’s their price, if you want it, buy it. It’s possible that it’s a production update, it’s just as possible that it’s a cosmetic update as the machine has dated, to keep it fresh. It’ll fit, because the base panel has the same part number.

Option maybe to get someone with an accepted card to purchase and then you reimburse them 😉

Well i took the wash arm off as i checked it with the door open and some of the holes had water coming out at a strange angle not hitting the dishes, they didnt look blocked so i put a needle down the holes and a couple of stones and gunge came out when i rinsed again so now it seems to be washing really well!
