Bosch SMI2021 not filling with water….help please!!!

Hi I have an old Bosch SMI2021 (full size integrated) which on one occaision did not clean properly after running through the cycle.
So I re-run and now it wont fill with water at all any help advice will be much appreciated!!

I would like to fix but as its 15 plus years old so am looking for a quick cheap fix however am changing the kitchen this year and am considering getting a replacement and am wondering what is the best replacement?
I would like a SMEG full size stainless model but am open to advice and within reason price is a secondary factor over reliability

This era seems to suffer from metering hose blockage, causing activation of aquastop unit.
There are also numerous other things aswell. As you say it is 15yrs old but still an excellent machine, however you could be just ploughing cash into an old nag; for one of better words.
Personally I would cut my losses and invest in a decent brand – neff,bosch,siemens,miele,smeg etc

Thanks Greg so the upshot is to check all the feed hoses for blockages and know when to draw the line on ploughing cash into it!!

The metering hose is internal Danny, going from l/h metering tank to sump, a black ‘S’ shaped hose.

Gregg, many thanks all fixed (cleaned out all the gunge!!) should last a few more years
