This one just went dead on the customer. Power into the main pcb ok but nothing coming out so we replaced it.
The new pcb is preprogrammed and you can hear its relays click on power up then it just fills with water, no display and no response to the user buttons.
There’s no earth faults (not even the heater!) and nothing seems to have gone pop elsewhere so I’m a bit stumped.
Seems extremely unlikely the new board is faulty, and if it were the display unit at fault I’d expect it to behave like the old board i.e. completely dead?
Any thoughts before we either throw money at it or bail out?

model you have above is slighly wrong can find on endingg 44 not 43 which uses board 750867

Hi Dave I can confirm the Enr. is SMI69T15GB/43
Not sure we want to take the risk throwing another board in it!
