E19 appears as soon as machine is switched on and before a programme is selected.
Heat exchanger valve replaced but still the same.
N.B. When the valve wiring plug connector was removed there black marks that looked like it had possibly shorted.
The connection plug was replaced but with no change,
I suspect it may have damaged the power module.
Is it possible to get into diagnostics and reset the error code?
Any ideas?
