    Bosch sms40a02gb/01 not filling Check water light comes on but no error codes, customer has been tilting washer to empty base then using machine as normal,now it wont work,,had a peak at the solenoid valve on the water inlet it looked a little charred on the connector. solenoid checks out ok but im getting 240v on each side of the solenoid, would this be a possible neutral fault on the main board? I am presuming hes tilted it got the solenoid connector wet then turned it on resulting in board damage?? Thanks for looking any help appreciated.

    Look closely at the main control board. If the solenoid got wet then sure as hell the board did.
