First one of these Ive had the dubious pleasure of seeing. Seems to be one of those unfriendly machines to repair. Heater blown and its integral with the circulation pump – £162- so not much change out of £250 to repair. Is the removal of the plastic base similar to the earlier dishwashers (the ones with the all metal tanks).Even the top of the control module wont come off because the tank is in the way.

Don’t need to take base off. Top cover does come off the pcb with a bit of wiggling. Remove mains plug from back of machine, disconnect and slide pcb out. It’s a bit fiddly first time but you will now be able to swap motors. Much easier job then their predecessors. Wiz
