Bosch sms50e02gb/02 E11

Hi,
Tried to search but can’t seem to get on with the new set up. Search ignores vital bits of the information(like Bosch!)
However above dishwasher gives E11 fault which I read on error codes to be NTC, although user manual suggests pump fault.
Can someone point me towards the NTC as can’t see it on the diagram. Is it part of the motor/heater assy?

Yeah, right first time Del, the NTC’s are part of the Motor/Heat Pump Assy. Between terminals 5 & 6 = 10K?? (@25deg) 6 & 7 = 10K??
and between 5 & 7 = 20??K??

Make of that what you will, but ATEOTD it’s prolly a knacked Heatpump we’re talking here? 🙁

Hi Martin,
Thanks for those resistances, will check tomorrow. Only just out of its two year warranty but not bought from me so I don’t feel too bad about that.
