Hi i have a Bosch SMS50E12GB/16 which has got through 2 heat pumps 654575 in the last month. I replaced the second about three weeks after the first, but have been contacted by customer again after just 3 days to say its wrong again E09. The dw has always filled without problem when i have tested it so i am a bit stumped about this can anyone tell me what i am missing? On my first visit my customer told me she had been using cider vinegar since new (something about removing chemicals) but she said she stopped after this.
Any help would be really appreciated
    thanks Peter 🙂

Have you closely inspected the heater relay pins on the module?

I went back on this one today and inspected the board which looks fine. The base was full of water and operating the anti flood switch. The leak was coming from the water valve and has damaged another heat pump doh, so look out for this guys to save yourself some hassle. Its strange because i didn’t notice any water on my previous visits 😕
