Bosch SMS50E12GB/16 FD8911 – E23 Fault

A couple of seconds after pressing start it throws up an E23 fault – I cant find this code but have been told its a drain pump fault, does anyone know if this is the case? if so how do you get to it on these newer machines? Any info would be much appreciated guys.

Yes E23 = Wrong resistance value of drain pump coil – Measure value.

But it can also simply mean the pump is blocked so take the drain pump cover off and take a look, I would.:D
