    this d/w had blocked sump with broken glass,pumps out now but will not fill,richard. 🙁

    Have you replaced the drain pump cover correctly? This machine carries out tests on drain pump , heat pump and water pressure prior to filling. If its not reaching the filing stage stage , I’d suggest a continuing problem with the drain pump or even a piece of glass stuck in the heat pump.
