Hi guys!
My Bosch dishwasher has every other week an E:24 error. But I unplugged the draining hose to see the water flow – It’s perfect. No water stays in the dishwasher as well. I checked the pump for debris – it’s clean. I made sure that the pump cover is closed with a click.
All the steps as needed from the user manual – and they are all working fine. Can it be the inlet hose? Maybe something in the electricity of it? maybe something else?
This time the error doesn’t disappear at all…
ok
the unit uses the pump as a sensor to sense if its drained. as the pump wears iit draws more current and the board can sense this as the machine has not emptied
problem is you have to swop the pump to see if you are right or not
if it does not cure it then it is probably a board fauly
these machines can be a bit hit and miss on fault finding
I would check the heat exchanger unit to see if that is blocked up as I’ve changed pump for e24 and it ended up that the heat exchanger was blocked changed that and haven’t been back since
