Hi. Called out to the above machine last week with customer complaining of ‘check water’ led on. Checked inlet, outlet and cleaned filters/ turbidity sensor and ran through a couple of fill sequences – all ok. Got called back as it has now shown e16 (inlet valve) then e15 (water in base). Dried out base and switched on, inlet valve runs constantly until it floods into base and controls completely unresponsive to reset or any other change even before it shows a fault.
Anybody got any ideas, I can only suspect main pcb has a fault caused by some other component, although no marks on board.
    Thanks in advance, Wiz. 😕

Best to try replacing the flow sensor first I would think.

:hmm: Looking at the power board there are 5 triacs in a row. It’s my guess that no.5 (marked TH402) has blown?

Thanks Martin, I’ll have another look at the board. Didn’t see anything obvious when I looked before. Wiz
