    E17 comes up as overfilling or flow meter fault.
    I`ve checked the flow meter for continuity-ok
    Could this still be interfering with the water intake?
    Fills & drains sporadically for a couple of minutes,then aborts with 1 minute to finish on display,when prog selected.

    Nearly always the ‘contact’ – the little flow rate pcb’ . The small wheel within the heat exchanger can jam so make sure it’s spinning when the water comes in.
