Bosch SMV40C30GB/46 Dishwasher Wiring Diagram

Good evening Dave,

The problem is I replaced the heat pump about four weeks ago, due to a no heat fault.

However, the fault has recurred, and I suspect the power module/board.

I feel the heat pump, board, and associated wiring is very difficult to test conclusively, due to some of the tiny connections etc, and would like a wiring diagram to try and see what all these connections relate to.

The replacement heat pump is a genuine Copreci part, and wiring continuity from board to heat pump all fine.

so has it blown it again or is it just not heating ?

Hello Dave,

I suspect the board, as the wiring continuity from board to heat pump is fine.

There is technical information/bulletin regarding testing Bosch group heat pumps electrically, but I don’t have the details for this type….

so have you checked if the heater has blown as you can do that with a multimeter in the large terms

Yes, replacement heat pump remains fine.

I still suspect the board, but would like a wiring diagram….
