Good afternoon,
Wondering if anyone can help with an obscure problem on the above dishwasher?
On a newly selected cycle it will drain and fill correctly, as expected.
However, just as the wash pump is activated, the machine then drains,and fills together, accompanied by a constant beeping.
I reckoned the flow meter/impeller jug was faulty, so replaced it, and checked the connections.
On re-testing the fault remains, as above…. although if left to run it will correct itself at the third attempt, and complete the cycle perfectly.
The water tap light is lit at random.
Perhaps I have a faulty replacement impeller jug, and would welcome some assistance.
jontyWhat did you do to resolve it in the end? I have the same problem with SMV40C00GB/35 model. I replaced the reed contact and did not cure. I have never come across faulty impeller although it did respond to my magnetic screwdriver thus ruled it out.
