    Any help appreciated.
Above dishwasher trips electrics, faulty heater on heat pump unit. However some water also in base unit, so disconnected heater to allow to run and looked for leaks but none spotted.
My query is I had the same model a few months back where the customer had called Bosch out who had said it also needed the module at exhorbitant price so called me in.
I replaced heat pump and looked for leaks with no luck, but customer contacted a few weeks later and on visit again water in base. As the Bosch engineer wanted to also fit a module, is there a known problem on these?
    Many Thanks

Is it a plastic base model or does it have a full stainless steel tub? If its a plastic base model it’s probably leaking from the tub/base seal either at the back/ right hand side which you would normally see as a yellow crust forming along the gaps. This can’t be repaired.
If its a full stainless steel tub machine then it’s likely to be the sump seal leaking which can be repaired by replacing the sump itself.
