    Hi all
I have a pain of o job on this
The problem is not intermittent heating heating
I have changed the heat pump ( although it tested ok) and had the module tested and repaired by QER.
When I fit the parts and test it it works fine, then a couple of hours later the customer phones to say that it won’t heat again. Am i missing something ? or should I just take a loss and get rid 😕
    Thanks
    Toni

Low insulation will cause this usually from the heat pump dues to water leaking on it

did you solve this Toni? I have a similar fault on a similar model…. Had to sit and watch it through a complete wash in the end. did wash/heat fine and 1 rinse fine and on the final rinse it did not fill with enough water to activate the heater (think there is a heater pressure switch built in to those heat pumps). although the wash pump was running. Cannot understand why it is not filling with enough water and why there is no error code given that these things flag up even the slightest slow or not fill errors.

I changed the sensor on this on Saturday.
After I asked the customer to put it on before I got there, I found out that it just wasn’t getting hot enough.
I fitted a new sensor and I have not heard anything yet (She is usually very quick to get back to me)
Will let you know if she does
