bosch smv69t10gb door wont shut

Hi I have a bosch smv69t10gb integrated dishwasher its only a week old and now the door wont shut. Ive tried removing all the trays inside but the latch still wont lock any ideas? I was hopeing it was something stupid as I realise its probably going to be impossible to get bosch out before xmas

if the catch isnt jammed shut, maybe childlock jammed ???

Possibly the decor door stopping the latch closing, kitchen fitters don’t always fasten the m/c in place.
