I had one a few weeks ago. Ordered from Qualtex and the packaging was suspect, also there was no clip in the box.
There is something quite wrong if they are supplying pattern parts when you have ordered and paid for a genuine part.
I have been so busy that I never got round to querying it.

Your suspicions are correct. Bosch heat pumps all come in brown paper taped boxes, scrunched paper inner packing, worm drive clip and labelled with the usual “Genuine” branded BSH label. Most distributors have dabbled with passing off pattern or OEM as genuine on selected lines for years, most often for elements and door seals, but occasionally other parts, so this is nothing new, though it is rare for Bosch items, as the packaging is so consistent.

Qulatex pic just shows just motor

    Aswo shows motor and clip

    connect shows just motor

    bosch website shows clip

If it was me i would expect clip to be in a gen box. I have to add clip to use pattern parts

they just don`t look right dave! I suppose they could be buying in bulk to keep the prices low and then repacking but that dosen`t excuse why the jubilee clip is missing?

With the bosch heat pumps u not need to change the clip and they can be done from the front without removing the dishwasher if built in just smear a bit of rinse aid or coffee machine lubricant on and your way to go

Good to hear that dave I always fit heat pump into water switch 1st as the heater part slips on the pump with no issues at all you just need to make sure that the pump sits flush on the lip so the hose off switch can’t go on any more

spoke to no! emailed qualtex they are going to send the clips if they have them? but no reduction in price for the pumps, but I could return them if I wanted. Now thats not very good customer services is it.

I queried this with Qualtex but just got told I had to buy the clamp. Disappointing that you know you are paying for a genuine but just getting the pattern version – I expected better from Qualtex.
