Bosch SPS21KW04G/04 dishwasher-All lights flash

When the above machine is turned on, all the lights stay on permanently for 10 seconds or more.
If the lights eventually go out, you can set a program but when you try to start it, all the lights flash.
Sometimes the machine refuses to turn off.
I have checked for loose connectors and checked the insulation of the machine.
I have done a factory reset but this doesn’t change anything.
Following a factory reset, should be machine start using the default settings or is there anything that has to be set-up/configured first?
Are there any known issues with the PCBs on these?
Could the customer have corrupted the PCB trying to upgrade the software?

The machine was purchased Feb 21 so 2 months out of guarantee.

If the customer calls BSH and explains it’s just out of guarantee, they will honour it or will they have to book the call first?

They have a goodwill matrix they use as a month or so out of 2 year and they will do it free, so just book the call in and explain on the phone there will be no issue, if there is tell her to speak to customer liason
